Bookkeeper

Pay - DOE

JSBS is seeking talented and analytical candidates with a finance or accounting background to join our team. As a bookkeeper within JSBS, you will work closely with owners, helping them provide service and accommodation to clients.

JSBS helps small businesses get set up, run payroll, code invoices, COA setup, track assets & loans, AR, AP, Pay Taxes and more.

Remote

This is a remote position. We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm MST and we expect our bookkeepers to be available for most of that time if possible. US workers only, preferably Montana based.

Part/Full Time

We can work with your schedule but, the more flexible you can be with ours, the better.

QuickBooks Experience

QuickBooks experience required. QuickBooks Pro Advisor preferred but, not required.
